Fantasy Montreal Quartzite and Pitaya Kitchens in Tolland
This Tolland project used Fantasy Montreal quartzite in the main kitchen and Pitaya in the work kitchen. Pioneer prepared the stone layouts for each space before fabrication.

Two materials, two layout decisions
The main kitchen and work kitchen were not treated as one generic material package. Each received its own layout so the visible movement, piece sizes and nesting could be reviewed for the selected surface.
Plan movement before fabrication
On pattern-driven material, the fabrication plan matters before the first cut. The separate November 14, 2025 layout sets documented the intended vein match and nesting for the quartzite and Pitaya scopes.
