When you contact us through our website, a Facebook or Instagram inquiry form, email, telephone or text, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, project town, requested work, cabinet or project status, desired timing, contact preference, project details such as material preference and working budget, the name of anyone who referred you, and any descriptions, measurements, plans or photographs you send.
How we use inquiry information
We use this information to respond about your requested project, discuss scope and budget, prepare estimates, and coordinate work you request. We also keep the correspondence and project records created while handling your inquiry. We use the contact details and preferences you provide for these project communications. Providing a telephone number alone does not sign you up for promotional text messages.
Some website forms also record the submission page and available information about how you reached our site, helping us understand where project inquiries originate.
Where inquiry information is handled
Our website is hosted by Wix. Website inquiry submissions are held in Wix’s form and customer-record tools, and notification emails are received through our business email hosted by Google Workspace. If you submit an inquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, the information is submitted through Meta and made available to Pioneer for review and response.
Pioneer and people authorized to help manage our inquiries use these systems to handle your request. The service providers processing information through their platforms also handle information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Website activity and advertising tools
Our website uses Wix services, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta advertising technology to operate the site, understand visits and measure advertising and inquiry activity. Cookies and similar technologies may process information such as your IP address, browser or device details, cookie identifiers, pages visited, referral information and site interactions. Information is processed by the relevant providers as part of those services.
If you reach our site from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number so that calls from advertising can be measured. The call still rings through to Pioneer.
